This is my 'about Michael Lockwood' site - short and to the point (the site, not me). It will send you in the right direction if you want to find out what I'm doing.
I'm open to any attractive proposals for consultancy around the areas that I've developed some expertise in. In my previous life as an executive in government I've learnt more than a bit about urban and social policy, as well as being a bit of an expert on how government agencies work with NGOs. You can find out all about that stuff on this site.
